Refund and Cancellation Policy

Transit of Pluto (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to transparent, fair, and legally compliant business practices.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases of digital products and online services made through store.transitofpluto.com, transitofpluto.com, or any sub-domains (collectively, the “Site”).

By purchasing from us, you (“you,” “your,” or “Client”) agree to be bound by this Policy, our Terms & Conditions, and any applicable Service Agreement.

1. Definitions

  • Digital Product – Any intangible item delivered electronically (for example: PDFs, videos, audio files, templates, prompt libraries, Notion boards, or other downloadable/streamed content).

  • Online Service – Any consulting, coaching, strategy, implementation, or similar engagement delivered remotely by our team.

  • Service Agreement – A separate contract, proposal, or order form that details scope, timeline, fees, and responsibilities for an Online Service.

2. Refund Policy for Digital Products

  1. All Sales Are Final

    • Because digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for Digital Products.

  2. Duplicate Purchases

    • If you accidentally buy the same Digital Product more than once, email [email protected] within 7 days of the duplicate transaction. Once verified, we will refund the duplicate charge only.

  3. Failed or Corrupted Downloads

    • Technical issue? Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase. We’ll send a fresh download link—no refund, just re-delivery.

  4. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal

    • By completing your purchase, you expressly waive the 14-day “cooling-off” period for digital content because access begins immediately.

3. Cancellation Policy for Online Services

  1. 30-Day Notice Requirement

    • Either party may cancel an Online Service by giving the other at least 30 calendar days’ written notice before the next billing date or scheduled milestone. Send notice to [email protected] (or the email listed in your Service Agreement).

  2. Fees During the Notice Period

    • All fees scheduled or incurred during those 30 days remain payable and non-refundable, even if work pauses or finishes early.

  3. No Partial Refunds

    • We do not prorate or refund unused hours, sessions, or deliverables if you choose to terminate early.

  4. Mutual Obligations

    • You agree to cooperate so we can wrap up outstanding tasks. We will supply all work completed up to the cancellation date once all invoices are settled.

  5. Company-Initiated Termination

    • We may suspend or terminate a Service Agreement for non-payment, abusive conduct, or violation of our Terms. All unpaid fees then become immediately due.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, you must email [email protected] and allow us at least 10 business days to investigate and resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account suspension, collection efforts, and credit reporting as permitted by law.

5. Modifications to This Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be announced via email or a notice on the Site. Continuing to purchase or use our Digital Products or Online Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
